Andrew Groom (Groomy)
Whipcracker
Bachelor of Engineering - Chemical
Grad Cert in Mgt
Masters in ABus

Andrew began his career in process engineering working for a range of multinational manufacturing and EPC private and public companies in Australia and abroad before moving into both project and manufacturing management.  He enjoys manufacturing particularly around creating physical products and value creation. Having previously been an engineer he also likes to see a plan with goals, which is particularly handy.  He loves a business owner with passion and purpose and believes there's no greater reward than assisting this kind of venture succeed.  His focus is either, general business consulting, weird business "stuff", his words not mine, and ensuring the expectations of clients are being met.  He has a strong understanding of human resource related issues and is often an ear to run varied scenarios by for both clients and myself. If he doesn't know something, he's also driven by a mix of curiosity and frustration (that he didn't know something) that he'll find it out or find someone that does.  When he's not doing that he can be found at basketball, on a mountain bike or at the family farm, Hampton Blue Organic Blueberry farm.
